Blackbird Bar operates as a dry hire service, meaning you provide the alcohol. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through exactly what to purchase and how much, so everything feels easy and stress-free.

    Blackbird Bar brings a warm, easygoing bar experience to your gathering; thoughtful, seamless, and designed to help everything flow so you can actually be present and enjoy your people. From the first pour to the last call, every detail is handled with care so the experience feels effortless, inviting, and true to your event.


    $1,700 weekdays / $2,050 weekends
    Includes service for up to 50 guests
    $12 per additional guest

    • Up to 5 hours of bar service 

    • Professional bartender(s) (1 per 50 guests) 

    • Custom drink menu + personalized shopping guidance 

    • Standard mixers (club soda, tonic, juices, etc.)

    • Disposable glassware 

    • Fresh garnishes 

    • Wine & beer service 

    • Full setup and breakdown 

    • General liability insurance 

    • Travel within 20 miles of Huntington Beach, CA
      (+$2.50 per mile beyond)
